Determination of fenamidone residues by surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy

The purpose of this study is to establish a novel, simple and rapid surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) detection technology for fenamidone. Fenamidone fungicide widely used with curative activity against oomycete diseases. Gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) were prepared by improved trisodium citrate reduction method chloroauric acid. As scattering active colloid, the optimized product had advantages high sensitivity, reproducibility chemical stability. Results showed that limit fenamidone adsorbed on AuNPs was 0.01 mg/kg. linear response between SERS intensity logarithmic concentration R 2 = 0.9562. preliminary applied in tobacco sample its potential serve as an alternative quantification residues simplicity, efficiency, accuracy precision.
